Webinare

Grundsätzlich organisiert die EFS sechsmal im Jahr Webinare zu aktuellen steuerlichen Themen oder jüngsten Entwicklungen in der Rechtsprechung im Bereich des europäischen und/oder internationalen Steuerrechts. Die Webinare sind themenbezogen in dem Sinne, dass sie im Einklang mit den drei Kernaktivitäten des EFS stehen, nämlich direkte Steuern im europäischen und internationalen Steuerrecht, Mehrwertsteuer und schließlich Zölle und Verbrauchssteuern. Jedem Thema wird im Frühjahr und Herbst ein Webinar gewidmet sein. Die meisten Webinare werden auf Englisch abgehalten, einige jedoch auch auf Niederländisch. Die Webinare dauern eine Stunde und finden in der Regel zwischen 16:00 und 17:00 Uhr statt. Die Teilnahme ist kostenlos. Im Prinzip können für die Webinare PE-Punkte erworben werden, die Sie jedoch selbst bei Ihrer eigenen Organisation beantragen müssen.

During this webinar, Professor Walter de Wit and Associate Professor Martijn Schippers will discuss the latest developments concerning the reform of the EU Customs Union, as well as key sustainability-related regulatory initiatives, including the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), and the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR).

The webinar will provide practical insights into the implications of these developments for businesses engaged in international trade and supply chain management.
